World Health Assembly's 73rd session: The 73rd session of World Health Assembly was held through video-conferencing due to Corona virus pandemic. It featured all delegations from W.H.O member countries/states. It focused on specific health agenda which was prepared by group under a executive board. Dr. Harsh Vardhan . Union Health Minister of India participated on behalf of India. He highlighted timely approach and necessary action taken by Indian government to tackle Covid-19 spread. For your kind information guys, WHO is a international decision making organisation headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland. The WHO assembly is responsible to determine policies governing international health.

Economic Relief Package for Aatmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyaan: Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman  has announced the details of the 5th tranche, a part of 20 lakh crore package earlier announced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji. This package is about the objective of making India self-reliant. INDIAN ARMY'S "Tour of Duty" Indian Army came up with a scheme known as "tour of duty". The scheme underlies the fact that civilians could be allowed to join Indian Army for a three- year tenure as officers and Jawans. They could also join in other ranks and even give their valuable service while in frontline as fighters. It is off course a good proposal. It aims to tap the resurgence of nationalism and patriotism among youths of this country who do not want to join Army as a profession but wish to experience the military culture and ethos which they think can instill a gentlemen approach towards leading life less ordinary. Lockdown 4.0 : Here what MHA said The ministry of Home Affairs on Sunday extended the lockdown period upto 31st March to curb the spread of COVID-19 with some relaxation.  They have issued an order in which they said that schools, colleges and hotels will remain closed. Facebook buys Giphy, the GIF-maker: Facebook has purchased the American online database and search engine that allows to make GIF files. A report from Axios said that the deal was settled for $400 million. But as usual Facebook is not going to disclose the price of the deal. Before knowing bit about it, let's explore what GIFs are.
