Vietnam success on Corona virus Pandemic

Vietnam's success over Covid-19 Pandemic:-

Vietnam is a country in Southeast Asia on South China Sea. It is famous for its beaches, Buddhist pagodas and bustling cities.

Vietnam has a long border with China and a population of about 98 million people. The country has been successful in tackling covid-19 crises despite being a long border with China.
Vietnam latest reports show that it has recorded just over 300 cases of Corona-virus with not a single death. It acted early and used each and every measure to contain the virus. The leaders of the country knows very well that they didn't have sufficient medical infrastructure to tackle the crisis if it would been a mild spread of this virus. If cases arising out of USA been replaced to Vietnam hypothetically, then the country would have gone in complete darkness.




That is the reason, it acted early and fiercely which seemed to be quite extreme when the outbreak of the virus spreaded from Wuhan, the most probable epicenter of this pandemic. But now the fruits of extreme measures are being observed by everyone.

The country has a record of tackling such outbreaks in the past too. From SARS in 2003 to avian influenza in 2010 and many such outbreaks have equipped Vietnam well to face this kind of situation.

The politicians along with the citizens of that country are used to deal with epidemics, pandemics, far more than the wealthier countries.

Today, many countries like USA, UK, Italy, France, India etc are desiring to implement such kind of preventive measures, to some extent, like what Vietnam did.

Barack Obama announced his memoir " A Promised Land "

  Former U.S President Barack Obama has announced his first memoir, as a President of U.S.A, titled " A Promised Land ". The book consists of 768 pages. It will be published in November 2020 by Penguin Random House. As per sources the scheduled release will be 17 November. The interesting thing is that it is going to be published in 25 different languages to cater to needs of global populace. This is one of two volumes going to be published. This volume tells about his early political life, his presidential candidacy and campaign in 2008 and ending with the death of most wanted terrorist Osama Bin Laden in 2011.

Amphan destruction !

Amphan, the super tropical cylone brought destruction: The Amphan cyclone affected West Bengal severely. The coastal areas of West Bengal saw 180kmph and outskirts along with Kolkata observed 130–140 kmph speed. It is a tropical cyclone on Bay of Bengal. The aftereffects are really pathetic. Houses made up of mud are completely destroyed. College street, a famous site in Kolkata near Presidency University, a hub for students to buy books was in poor condition. The book stalls full of books got destroyed and it is observed that books are lying on the roads like garbage sheets. It is so pathetic to see. Many people died at the spot when trees fall on their heads. It is unimaginable and dangerous too. I hope, we will overcome the situation. And pray to God to simultaneously end Covid-19 crisis and “Amphan” too.
